The development is a comprehensive mixed-use project featuring a variety of housing typologies (6 multifamily units, 32 townhouses, and 57 single-family homes) distributed across three platforms connected by green slopes.

The highest platform houses six mid-rise residential buildings with a total of 436 units, along with an attractive offer of approximately 14,000 m² of retail and services, including a hotel and a large central park that will serve as a gathering space for both residents and visitors.

The aim is to foster a sense of community, promote urban life, and provide improved public spaces. The site’s topography was strategically used so that the height of the multifamily buildings does not obstruct neighboring views, integrating the project’s urban form into its surrounding context.
