Located near the center of Santiago, Nuevo León, this development is set in a privileged environment surrounded by iconic landmarks such as the Rodrigo Gómez Dam and Cola de Caballo. Close to the San Juan River and nestled in lush vegetation, the project aims to integrate the area’s natural richness with an innovative and sustainable design.
The concept is inspired by the shape of a cell, where residential lots are organized around green cores, creating multiple frontage options and unique living experiences. These “cells” cluster into community blocks connected by streets designed as green corridors, fostering mobility, social interaction, and harmony with the natural surroundings.
At the heart of the project, spanning 1.11 km along the San Juan River, are recreational and community spaces, including a boardwalk, open beaches, a wooded area, playgrounds, a kayak dock, fire pits, and a clubhouse. This central hub is accessible through three main entrances that directly connect residential areas with public and recreational spaces.
The development also features a commercial front with a farmers market, reserved commercial spaces, and a farm-to-table restaurant situated at the highest point of the site, offering breathtaking views from its terrace and lookout. A 2.75 km running trail weaves through the project, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle, while the green streets invite leisurely walks and spontaneous encounters.
