ARISTA developed a mixed-use master plan that integrates two residential towers, an office tower, retail areas, a supermarket, an on-site park, and a green pedestrian corridor that structures and runs through the project. The proposal is part of the second phase of an existing commercial and corporate real estate development and introduces residential use as a strategy to consolidate a denser, more active, and diverse urban district.

The project is based on the proximity between housing, services, and shared spaces, promoting active ground-floor frontages and a pedestrian-oriented urban experience. Parking demand is resolved through podiums located beneath the residential towers, which are wrapped by commercial uses along their perimeters, reinforcing the continuity of the public realm and creating an attractive pedestrian atmosphere.

The siting and orientation of the buildings seek to maximize views toward the surrounding natural landscape, taking advantage on one side of views to the reservoir and, on the other, establishing a visual and urban relationship with a park adjacent to the development, integrating nature and the city as part of the project’s everyday experience.
