The Purísima Alameda Strategic Master Plan is an urban regeneration project with the vision of creating a new pedestrian-oriented urban district for housing, commerce, and culture in a prime location within the city, in collaboration with U-ERRE University, which currently operates in the area.

The master plan introduces a new offering of mid-density housing with complementary retail, a mobility system centered around a pedestrian promenade, office spaces, and an open campus for U-ERRE strategically distributed throughout different points of the district.

The project integrates the area’s historic architectural heritage, adapting to the existing built context through urban form strategies and creating a human-scale pedestrian environment with improved accessibility and a revitalized urban image.
