The Joya del Venado Master Plan consists of a very low-density residential development in the mountain area of San Pedro Garza García, at the foothills of the Sierra Madre Oriental.

The project site presents a high level of complexity due to its diverse topographic conditions, including natural watercourses, steep slopes, and a high density of large mature trees. The project seeks to create a development with the lowest possible impact on the natural environment through a meticulous site analysis that informs the location and design of access points, roads, and infrastructure, while celebrating the existing landscape value of the area.

The project includes the proposed lot subdivision, the design of roads and infrastructure, landscape design, and the architecture of the access points and bridges that cross the site, with a contemporary architectural and landscape approach inspired by the surrounding natural environment.
