The client asked ARISTA to formulate a preliminary development vision for a beach community in Rosarito. The exercise objectives included establishing an urban identity for the complex and to illustrate the placement of different land uses on the site. Taking advantage of the site’s topography, the urban design proposal maximizes views for the residential uses and locates a mixed-use service center fronting the highway. A beach club is located at the narrowest portion of the site, fronting on the sea, and accessible from the rest of the site through an iconic bridge.
