ARISTA was invited to submit an architecture and urban design proposal for a competition to design a mixed use complex along the Constitucion Avenue corridor in Monterrey.

The proposed tower rises to a height of 280 meters through an iconic and slender volume housing column-free floors to accommodate commercial, office and housing uses. The exposed steel structure in the tower ́s rear side houses a “vertical garden” along with the building’s cores and services and creates a series of open vestibules. The tallest section of the tower holds an observation platform open to the public.

The urban design scheme seeks to reinforce the city ́s fabric with commercial and housing uses along Humboldt street connecting the tower, the Composer ́s park and the Mirador neighborhood.
